This week, former Council Member Kshama Sawant joins The Burner gals to talk about her fighting movement to block Seattle City Council's egregious repeal of the ethics laws, a move designed to allow landlords on council to vote in their financial interest to rollback renters' rights. But it wouldn't be a conversation with Kshama if we didn't rehash some of the times progressives took credit for her work, complain about "labor" democrats, and laughed at the mere mention of some of her old colleagues.
Stick around for the back half where cops expert Ashley Nerbovig breaks down all the cop news of the week you missed: Cops in the Pride parade, cops in schools, cops in your fucking walls, they are fucking everywhere, please send help. But like, not a cop.
